The company attaches great importance to the training and introduction of scientific research talents, continuously improving and promoting the industrialization of enterprise scientific research achievements. In the past three years, a total of 2 high-end technology talents have been introduced, and 2 professional and technical personnel have been trained. Currently, there are 39 various types of technology personnel (including 1 master's degree, 21 undergraduate students, 1 senior engineer, and 2 engineers), accounting for 20.31% of the total number of employees. We have hired more than 10 external experts and scholars to form a technical research and development team with complete expertise, clear hierarchy, and reasonable structure.

In terms of talent cultivation, the company adheres to the people-oriented concept, recruiting a group of college students every year to enrich the technical team, and strengthening personnel training. Every year, industry experts are invited to the company to hold special technical lectures, so that technical personnel can understand the technological trends and knowledge in the industry.
